Postage & delivery
How are items posted?
The large majority of UK orders are dispatched via Royal Mail 48hr service. Royal Mail collect from us Monday to Friday between 2pm and 3:30pm. We aim to dispatch all orders within 72 hours of purchase — we’ll notify you as soon as your item is on its way.
How long does UK delivery take?
Most UK orders arrive within 1–3 working days. We allow 14 days before considering an item lost. If you’re concerned about where your order is, please contact us and we’ll do our best to help.
Do you ship outside the UK?
Yes — we ship internationally via Royal Mail. Delivery times vary by destination. Please contact us before ordering if you’d like details on overseas delivery options and timescales.
Can I collect in person?
Unfortunately we don’t offer customer collection from our premises. If you need an item quickly, please get in touch and we’ll do our best to find a faster delivery option for you.
Need something urgently?
Select Royal Mail Special Delivery at checkout — it’s the only guaranteed timed service we offer. All other services typically deliver within 1–3 working days but are not guaranteed.
