How do I pay ?

We accept payments online via PayPal, Amazon, or via debit / credit card.  If you would prefer to pay by debit / credit card by telephone, please contact us using the contact us section on our website leaving your telephone number and we can arrange to call you to take your payment.

How are items posted ?

The large majority of items we dispatch to the UK are via Royal Mail, using their standard 48hr service.  They pick up from us Monday to Friday between 2pm and 3.30pm.   We try to ensure all of our items are dispatched within 72hrs of purchase, but please note this is not a guarantee.  We will update you once your item leaves us.

How long do posted items take (UK) ?

We allow 14 days for delivery within the UK before we consider an item to be lost.  The first thing to do is contact us if you’re concerned where your item is and we’ll try and help you as best as we can.

How long do posted items take (Outside UK) ?

Overseas postage times varies by destination, we use Royal Mail for the large majority of orders.  Please contact us if you would like further information on our overseas deliveries.

NEED SOMETHING URGENT ?

If you require something urgent, please select Royal Mail Special Delivery (if in the UK) from the products in our webstore as this is the only guaranteed method of getting an item to you within a period of time.  All other services we provide on average take between 1 and 3 working days.

Can i pick up an item from your address?

Unfortunately, we do not allow customer pickups from any of our locations.  We are happy to discuss getting an item to you more quickly than standard if this is required.
